Current• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to analyze their requirements and processes. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.• Utilize RPA platforms such as UiPath to design and develop automation solutions. This includes creating, configuring, and maintaining automation workflows to streamline and optimize business processes.• Execute comprehensive testing of automation solutions to ensure they meet performance, reliability, and accuracy benchmarks. Identify and rectify any defects or issues to ensure seamless automation execution.• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDDs) and process documentation. • Provide training and support to end-users and operational teams to ensure a smooth transition to automated processes and assist with user acceptance testing.• Regularly monitor and maintain automation solutions to ensure they remain efficient and reliable. Address any issues that arise and proactively make improvements to optimize performance.• Lead and manage a team of RPA developers, guiding their efforts and ensuring they meet project objectives and timelines.• Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, including project planning, scoping, resource allocation, and milestone tracking. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
