With over 25 years of experience in various ITS roles in the private and public sector, I am a customer and solution focused senior professional with an analytical mind and a problem-solving attitude. I have a Graduate Certificate of Data Science and certifications in ITIL and PRINCE2, which demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and improvement. I started my career as a Programmer Analyst responsible for requirement gathering, coding and testing of an enterprise software suite for Aged Care in a Private industry.I then moved into Local Government and worked for 16 years, supporting COTS software, legacy system changeover and process improvement projects with physical to digital move of records and services supporting 24*7 digital channel. I also worked with senior leaders to develop and execute strategies and then lead a team responsible for delivery and implementation of customer-centric mobility and transformation projects. Along with vendor and stakeholder management, my team delivered integrated quality solutions including Smart City Initiatives, Spatial and Data Analysis, Software Procurement and Implementation, Good Technology Governance and Data Discovery to share insights from the data. In my last role as the Data Systems Manager at the Department of Health (VAHI), I lead a team of professionals who are responsible for complex data collection, wrangling, and validation, which is then used by internal and external stakeholders for research and further analysis to help in critical decision making and funding allocations to health services. I also work with the leadership team on technology uplift, digital transformation projects and change management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and timely data and information products and services. I am passionate about using data and technology to enhance the health and wellbeing of the Victorian community, and I enjoy collaborating with diverse and talented people to achieve this goal.
