    We identified a new service that could be provided to our clients, and I had the opportunity to be the leader of this side business. We grew it from $40,000 a year to $100,000 of revenue a year while maintaining an average operating margin of 87%. I worked closely with software developers to build and improve the product and hired freelancers to scale the efficiency of the business. After closing deals with clients and selling a new service that helped them scale their user activation, I put the project manager hat on and ideate the best approach to make it happen. In less than 3 months of delegating work to freelancers around the world, aligning with our software engineers, and constantly communicating progress to the client, we completed the project with an operating margin of 80.45%. I’ve learned to have impeccable client communication skills, manage their expectations, communicate results, and work on up-selling the product by implementing new features that helped the client keep their business running and growing.I learned about sales, marketing, project management, and product. I worked with different teammates and people from around the world. It was a fulfilling moment that showed me how much I love to be jumping around a company and putting different hats on to scale a business in a profitable way.
