As a Talent Acquisition Leader my role is providing executive and non-executive recruitment and research solutions to executive search firms,SME’s across multiple industry sectors( IT /ITES ,Manufacturing and Engineering , Health and Social Care, Manufacturing and Engineering). - Generating potential candidates through headhunting , internet sourcing and networking. - Qualifying candidates on the list and producing shortlists by collating CV’s via telephone screening. - Schedule interviews for clients, follow-up and coordination.- Mapping client’s competitors on a regional basis, collate market and competitive data.- Building talent pools for future hires.- Offer negotiation, engaging with the offered candidates till on-boarding - Undertake interviews based on client's JD and specifications

•Recruitment; Manpower Planning , develop appropriate channels to meet the recruitment numbers for the business, build and maintain scalable sourcing network with a strong selection process . •Talent Acquisition – Develop localized recruitment strategy for the focused group across business divisions/locations to meet the needs of current and future roles and provide timely recruitment support. Minimize loss due to shortage of headcount with talent acquisition and management improvements. Develop campus relationships across technical and business schools to ensure right talent is on board. Engage in employer branding at all levels of hiring (campus and lateral).•HR Strategy; optimum utilization of infrastructure vs resources, capacity planning and forecasting, •Performance Management: initiate timely probation and annual appraisal process, review and recommend for salary revision. Formulation and implementation of performance based rewards and recognition programs and policies.Provide guidance and support to Business and Line Managers to successfully manage career aspirations, performance, personal development and engagement of their team members. •Responsible for all aspects of policy and procedure, design and role out from staff recruitment to exiting the organization.
