Examples of her Leadership include 1) an email every Monday morning outlining the tasks I was to complete for that week 2) She would schedule update meetings to discuss the project and adjust timelines 3) She provided guidance and explained the goal of each task 4) She would demonstrate what good looked like when completing a task and 5) She set realistic timelines. Amber’s organization and guidance allowed me to work at 1) a pace where I never missed a deadline 2) gave me a workload where I never felt overwhelmed and 3) the ability to do the work right the first time. All these examples led to her being a trusted advisor as she made you feel like you were working with a partner. Amber embodied every ounce of organization and leadership which led to every brand wanting to work with her to utilize her skills.
