The URA's key objective is far, consistent, and equitable treatment of people whose property is acquired or who must move permanently or temporarily as a result of the project.As a URA Specialist at Plexos Group I provide guidance to the municipalities related to any inquiry for acquisition and relocation within the context of the CRP program.Responsible to review municipality submissions for completeness and compliance with program requirements, documenting any deficiencies, and providing feedback based on such documented reviews. This includes:- Review of URA notices developed by the municipalities for compliance with the HUD and PRDOH standards for such notices.- Review of any other supporting documentation provided by the municipalities either in response to a PRDOH request or as part of checklist completion. Such review will measure the documentation against program standards and note any deficiencies, resulting in provision of feedback and assistance with correction if necessary.- Review of municipality completed URA checklists for completeness and compare answers to provide supporting documentation to verify that all required actions appropriately take, documented, and reported.
