As a Gold Star Spouse, two-time cancer survivor, Army Combat Medic, senior business professional, and mother to a teenage daughter, I stand before you as a life-lived mosaic offering a wealth of knowledge and experience. With a Master’s Degree in Organizational Dynamics and certification from UPenn’s esteemed Organizational Consulting and Executive Coaching cohort, Bachelor’s Degree from Towson University, and being a HillVets Fellow, I have honed my skills operating at the highest levels of organization within the Senate, in the White House, and on a U.S. Presidential Campaign. As a trained organizational dynamics and effectiveness professional, I have a passion for being part of an energetic team which positively facilitates growth, individually and collectively, within complex cultures and systems. It is my firm belief that an organizations' most important asset is their employees. Similarly, I believe that the most important role of leadership, is to make a team feel valued and valuable. My skillset gives me the unique ability to operate at the intersection of human behavior and business. I have proven success in translating vision into strategic and innovative initiatives while enhancing employee engagement within diverse organizational communities. Over the past two decades of professional leadership, I have had international exposure to and experience in process improvement and optimization, organizational excellence, and project management using theories, techniques, and lean methodologies. It has been a privilege leading valued teams to accomplish challenging projects and missions with remarkable results.I am a published author and have been a key note speaker and featured story for organizations such as USAA, Folds of Honor, Budweiser Brewing Company, Marine Corps Marathon, Travis Manion Foundation, TAPS, and Operation 300. You will see me championing for Gold Star and Veteran awareness in multiple online and nationally televised commercials.
