I am a licensed professional art therapist skilled in person-centered individual and group art therapy. I have worked with clients of all ages and with various mental health struggles. I have experience in psychiatric care, foster care, outpatient private practice, and in the medical setting. I find myself constantly humbled by the opportunity to hold space for others through their difficult life experiences. I have obtained a Masters of Education in Counseling and Personnel Services with a concentration in Art Therapy from the University of Louisville. I have a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology with a minor in American Sign Language and Art from Western Kentucky University. I received Associates degrees in Science and Art at Hopkinsville Community College. I believe my experiences have helped me to better support the individuals I work with. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a trusted individual in another person’s life who can provide active listening, empathy, and kindness.
