The foundation of her work with BIG lies in strategic partner development, Amber's research, and data story-building provide a secret sauce the CEO requires to convey his message. With a clear understanding of obstacles and opportunities, a vision is cast on a deeper level to investors, partners, and team members. Her work as an executive assistant at Diesel David Inc was an excellent avenue for her to assess, document, and build SOPs, and org charts, optimize one-page business plans and perform various HR responsibilities, like recruiting, hiring, and firing. Prior to her time at Diesel David, Inc, Amber performed Executive Assistant responsibilities for a pair of professionals and their family; organizing company parties, travel plans, and personal estate affairs, one of the greatest impacts of this time was developing personal SOPs for her employers to optimize their time "off the clock". Amber's natural talents professionally are applied personally in her own life. She likes to spend her free time enjoying her loved ones, nature, hiking, yoga, and music!
