In my position with Freedom First Credit Union,  starting as a Personal Banker promoted to Universalist, I Assisted members with opening and closing accounts, explaining loan options, submitting requests for processing and decisioning. I Supplied information or answered questions about all loan and deposit products and services. I helped to resolve issues with any account or loan maintenance. Through diligence , I evaluated member needs and identified cross-sell opportunities and services to members. I referred members to First Mortgage department, insurance, and investment services. I received and accurately processed member financial transactions, balanced cash drawers, and daily transactions. In my time in this position I provided administrative support to the tellers, personal bankers, and Vice President of the retail center.While devoting hard work and dedication, I was promoted to the Branch Manager to Vice president of retail . I was responsible for office communications and correspondence. I assisted in providing training, coaching, development, and motivation to all Credit Union team members.I
