I am an intrinsically driven and highly adaptable registered nurse with 7 years of pediatric emergency department and travel experience in addition to a cumulative 11 years of in-hospital patient care. In the pediatric ED, I also worked, in a rotating capacity, in patient flow coordinator roles and have a keen understanding of patient triage and prioritization. I am passionate about providing constructive, positive customer experiences.I have recently embarked down an entirely new path of nursing as a telehealth nurse with a remote patient monitoring program established by Athelas. We are working towards a healthier America by promoting preventative healthcare from the comfort of one’s own home. With patients actively participating in this program, we are catching issues before they can escalate to a critical event requiring hospitalization and ultimately decreasing the dollars contributed to the national healthcare debt.
