As the District General Manager at Block Advisors, I lead and support a team of over 150 of the nation's best tax professionals, tax assistants, bookkeepers, office managers, and receptionists at 21 offices throughout Central/North Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. With more than 20 years of experience in sales management, district training, and higher education, I have developed a strong background in territory management, customer relationship management, and company culture.My mission is to grow market share and clients for Block Advisors in the tax industry, by providing innovative ideas, associate development opportunities, and a client-focused culture. I have consistently achieved and exceeded revenue, client, and EBITDA targets, receiving national recognition and awards for my performance. I am also a graduate of the HRB Bloch School High Potential Program, sponsored by the Henry W. Bloch School of Management at UMKC, which prepared me for future leadership roles and challenges.
