I have over 16 years of experience in customer service, PBX, client relations, logistics, dispatch and administrative tasks. Multiple computer programs including Excel, Word, QuickBooks and several company programs. In my time with the Dallas County News I was involved in advertising sales, assisting editorial staff and sales staff, circulation management, supplies, vendors, assisting in coordination of city events, design and running the front desk.At Adel TV and Appliance my duties included TV and appliance sales, QuickBooks, dispatching, filing, customer service, inventory and assisiting the VP.Previous to DMAA, I was a Transportation Manager with Adesa Car Auction in Des Moines. I coordinate and dispatch the transferring of vehicles to and from the car auction using several different systems and transporters. Building relationships with dealers and work with representatives of many fleet accounts to secure and transport fleet vehicles. Also, I manage over 35 employees, 3 passenger vans.
