• Design & development of training programs in a range of disciplines including communication, negotiation, selling, pitching and influencing skills• Development of training programs & solutions that included presentations, participant workbooks, additional handouts, case study activities and experiential exercises • Review and improvement of client L&D/Capability strategies for alignment to individual & specific business needs• Management of capability programs from inception, to implementation to post implementation review & evaluation• Engagement & consultation with external clients & external senior stakeholders to determine key learning areas• Application of competency based assessment additions to training where applicable to client needs• Coaching & support to internal & external facilitators to ensure a flawless capability program from end-to-end• Evaluation of training & assessment via collection of on-the-job evidence, observation of practical demonstrations, review of oral presentations, structured approach to feedback & review of guided learning journals • Close liaison with Capability account manager to build, maintain and support key client relationships

• Development of training initiatives that support and align with business strategy • Content design & delivery through close collaboration with subject matter experts and senior management• Creation of a variety of learning programs (eLearning and ILT) to drive talent growth• Coordinate and design blended learning solutions • Ongoing departmental needs & skill gap analysis at all levels of the business• Accountable for measuring the effectiveness of learning and development across the business and facilitate continual improvement • Implementation of effective Learning & Development strategy across the business• Design of instructional documentation including training modules, user guides, facilitator guides, participant guides• Deployment of new global LMS across Australian sites• State-wide management of in house LMS• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to update dated training materials to make LMS ready by using a range of eLearning tools, including Articulate and Captivate • Use of video editing software (VideoPad) to enrich training products• Promotion of learning solutions and use of eLearning methodologies across the business• Facilitate training modules and coach Subject Matter Experts on how to deliver training effectively• Assess department training needs and adapt existing or create new learning activities to suit specific groups and individuals• Development and monitoring of site and staff induction materials and records; and development of site onboarding process• Development and delivery of soft skill modules for an in-house High Performing Teams model• Measurement of all learning courses through a variety of proven evaluation methods• Analysis of trainer effectiveness through learner feedback and coaching for the improvement of identified development areas • Coordination and liaison with external training providers to meet business training requirements • Management of LMS support team across all Australian sites
