I worked in the Service Development team, training and upskilling the Customer Service and Call Center staff. I worked alongside the face to face classroom trainers and instructional designers to find gaps in the existing content where eLearning modules can best fit in. Because of the large amount of information the learners need to retain, I created refresher modules and assessments that are being used as “homework”, in order to cut down the classroom time. Key responsibilities at included: -Fresh and modern redesign for all e-Learning modules-E-learning digital content creation for internal VicRoads Customer Service staffe-Learning simulation production, made to feel as real as possible-Training and upskilling other staff on Storyline and the Storyline template I made-Graphic design for all e-Learns Working collaboratively with the wider team to continually improve service and performance-Work efficiently on a team and with othersKey achievements at VicRoads: -Redesign and development of the VicRoads Service Development e-Learning module template to be more modern, intuitive, interactive and engaging -Development in the new template of the VCC 101 induction courses-Positive feedback from learners on all new courses-Complete redesign and development of the licence testing officer’s refresher course. Including custom animations for over 50 scenarios

This role dealt with creation and implementation of elearning modules, as well as graphic design for the marketing team and configurations within our LMS software.
