Manage custom interface scope, change control process, coordinate and lead interface analysis meetings, define business requirements and timelines for data conversion and testing phases, manage interface documentation & approval process. Manage Interface testing including QA, UAT, Production Comparison Testing, end to end testing and file transmissions with client vendors. Create/present interface status to PMO. Brought payroll into a central location for all 13 banks. Managed specification document approvals, interface testing between newly implemented systems and existing systems, report creation to extract data from HR and Payroll systems as required, design/update new/current MS Access databases for reporting HR and Payroll data to the Accounting and Pension departments, import HR and Payroll data into the HR/Payroll system as needed, research data issues as they arise, train employees including senior level on implemented systems. Built and maintained MS Access database for use to take on-site applications only and for HR use as an Applicant Tracking System. Integrated the database for onboarding into ADP’s EV4 payroll system.
