Oversees and leads teams to develop recruitment messaging and efforts, assess and select new hire candidates, and execute onboard training for 24 varying career fields. • Headed a 3-member team to orchestrate 29 focused, in-person recruiting engagements, reaching 1200 people across 24 career fields; efforts culminated in the 1st-ever application surplus in 3 years, as well as a critical manning increase of 40%.• Coordinated initiative with Air Force Personnel Center to obtain virtual contact options, effectively doubling recruitment reach.• Drove organization $240K/5-day assessment and selection program; led a team of 5 to organize & execute 6 iterations of the process, grade 100+ candidates against 10 desired attributes, and amass 550 metrics which informed senior leader hiring.• Streamlined interview process, creating more efficient, high-quality events, and saving the organization $40K annually.• Collaborated with leadership and external agencies to manage onboard program and led an 8-man team to direct a revolving section of ~20 new hires through 179 days of initial unit training which produced 60 highly specialized employees. • Utilized daily: Microsoft Teams, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Adobe, and Skype for Business.
