CurrentI have worked for family medicine and cardiology and electrophysiology, also Interventional radiology/vascular and fill in within the urgent care.• Lead MA• Obtain and record patient vital signs; document history, medications, and chief complaint, accurately chart patient information while ensuring patient confidentiality• Calculate and administer injections ( IM, SQ, and ID ) also Calculate and administer oral medications,handle instruments and equipment using aseptic and sterile techniques• Provide assistance to physician during exams and procedures, Clean and stock patient rooms.• Perform basic medical administrative tasks including scheduling appointments for clinic or labs andprocedures, filing medical records, and billing and coding procedures. Ordering supplies• Nurse checks for provider and scribing for that appointment.• filling medication refills and calling patients to relay results of testing they had done.• care management, and helping patient with Benefit Investigation forms for medications. Doing appeals when needed, Prior authorizations and Patient assistance, FMLA forms, Life Vest forms.• Able to perform back office testing like strep and flu/covid, phlebotomy, EKG's, Lipids, INR's, Perform ABI's, downloading alert pacer checks and helping set up device checks and placing event monitor on patients. Port site checks and drain removals and removals of T-faseners.
