Responsible for Natural Channel business delivering $140M in annual revenue, leading a team of KAMs for all GTs lines within the segment. Manages broker relationships and direct responsibility for largest retailers and distributors in the channel including, but not limited to Whole Foods Market, Amazon Fresh, Trader Joe’s and UNFI.

Managed largest natural key accounts within the organization including Whole Foods Market, Sprouts, and Amazon. Partnered cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to establish successful customer programs, driving profitable sales and increased distribution.

Executed channel and account strategies within Grocery, Drug, and Convenience channels to support FIJI Water’s national and regional retail customers. My responsibilities included managing sales and distribution efforts across top national accounts, (including but not limited to Albertsons-National call and all divisions, CVS, Walgreens, Circle K), achieving sales goals and revenue/profit targets, and implementing a business model change from DSD to Direct Retailer and Wholesale systems. I owned the P&L, including trade and marketing budgets, established account objectives, ensured efficient trade spending, analyzed market routes, renegotiated retailer contracts, and facilitated new partnerships.

Led sales efforts in the West for FIJI Water through all retail channels along with Wonderful Pistachios in convenience channel. Managed a team of 3 direct reports and led by sharing and applying brand, market, retailer knowledge, and technical skills. Supported cross-functional interaction with Retail Sales Execution, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Brand Marketing. Leveraged analytical resources to optimize distribution and monitor/manage optimal SKU/pricing strategies and trade spend. Actively managed distributor network, (Keurig Dr. Pepper) and regional key accounts, (including but not limited to Raley’s, Save Mart, Smart & Final, Gelsons), while serving as the lead trainer for the CA/PNW division.
