 Manage a team of Sales Coordinators and Event Management Coordinators through performance management, hiring, discipline, and coaching Develop training and orientation program for current sales team and new team members. Represents the department in Management meetings and communicates action items and or important details in internal teams. Coordinates work flow and processes within the Sales and Marketing department. Organizes and leads meetings related to accomplishing project goals. Oversee, lead, and coordinate resources (people, technology, etc.) required to complete project goals Support CRM database and other contact list maintenance across all preferred accounts, for email marketing campaigns and more. Lead report generation and other sales and marketing analysis efforts, as directed. Includes general business reporting by product, Partner reports, promotions reports and more. Manage the Sales Support department and ensure that our Sales team are being well serviced and that projects are completed in a timely manner Manage special projects for sales and marketing as requested, including project management. Works with various department managers and staff to ensure project plans and resources are appropriate for the project and the organization Request and manage Trafalgar promotions, including submitting promotions request and providing follow up reporting Serve as controller for Marketing, National Accounts and AAA budget spreadsheets. Oversee processing and payment of invoices; serve as point person for forecasting and reporting, as needed and as directed
