About Amber Rogers

Hello! My name is Amber Rogers and I am the current Senior Program Coordinator of the NC Leadership Forum. I have worked for 15+ years in operations and administrative support in 9-12 and Higher Education. Prior to my role with NCLF, I supported the Office of Interdisciplinary Studies, as well as the Office of the Vice Provost on the Finance and Administrative Team. I currently hold my Certified Executive Assistant Professional designation and a Financial Systems Specialist designation both from Duke University. Before arriving to Duke University, I spent over five years working for Durham Public Schools, first at Hillside High School and then in the Central Office supporting and engaging with students, faculty, and staff. I have always had a passion for education, community engagement, and operational management. In my spare time, I enjoy refurbishing furniture, reading, and gardening. Originally from Connecticut, North Carolina became my home after attending the illustrious North Carolina Central University.
