- Serve as approver of all customer-facing marketing material including but not limited to Email and Social- Curate content that resonates with customer base and drives brand objectives- Serve as a gatekeeper of our brand’s visual aesthetic to ensure all content creative is aligned with brand's identity and standards- Support with coordinating all brand photo and video shoots- Manage all visual assets for omnichannel content distribution- Meet content schedules while ensuring the creation of high-quality, on-brand, content that yields high engagement and ROI- Maintained content marketing calendar to schedule creation and delivery deadlines- Leverage both creative thinking and data analysis to develop content and campaigns that resonates across multiple channels and helps build loyal customer base- Reviewed customer feedback to identify trends and improve product selection-Database administration and website design; Monitor, assess, and report on website performance-Execute the start to finish item setup of all products for the site, including but not limited to product imagery, product copy,and pricing-Design experience with functional interactions and visuals-Implemented SEO and keyword definitions, and email marketing using a direct to consumer email automation software(Klaviyo)-Responsible for ensuring product launches on the site on time and with all applicable selling information (Images, Copy, Color Names, Pricing, etc.)-Oversee sales performance, eCommerce product pricing strategy, and fashion and sales forecasting-Organized regular inventory counts to keep records accurate and identify supply needs or loss points-Delivered products of consistent quality to customers by working directly with vendors on delivery and production issues-Monitored market conditions to set accurate product pricing and take advantage of emerging trends-Conducted target market research to discover customer needs and analyze competitor trends
