•Manage up to a $1.5 million school•Manage a team up to 20-30 employees and 100-140 families and children•Ensure school compliance with all Virginia state statutes and regulations, NECPA accreditation standards, state and federal wage laws, company policies and procedures, hiring, retaining, and training staff leading to success in all standards.•Expanding customer relationships, achieving goals, and exceeding customer service expectations.• Daily liaison for staff, district management, other program directors, and key lower management• Maintained billing, payments, outstanding balances, enrollment applications, central waitlists, and file management.• Procurement of office, cafeteria, and facility supply inventory with emphasis on maintaining budget•Manage school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, discussing and setting individual goals, and developing performance improvement plans, as needed.

• Oversee center business, sales, and marketing to grow KinderCare Education's presence• Achieve and maintain NAEYC accreditation status • Create a caring and stimulating atmosphere, with passionate and engaging teachers to give each child endless opportunities to grow, learn, and imagine.• Responsible for budget and financial accountability• Cultivate positive partnerships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.• Responsible for staff scheduling to ensure proper level of coverage for program.• Provide support for families and staff and link children and families to appropriate/necessary services and resources as needed• Create behavior and growth assessments and support plans for children ages infancy 6 weeks of age– 12 years of age.▪ Guide parents on facility enrollment procedures, policies and activities▪ Ensure full compliance with state procedures and policies and maintain positive relationships with those entities.
