CurrentI am responsible for drafting large amounts of paperwork in Family Law proceedings, i.e. Summons & Petitions, Judgement and Decrees, Temporary Orders, Child Support documents, Custody documents, Discovery, etc. I contact clients, courts, attorneys, etc. on a daily basis regarding cases. I also speak with potential clients and guests to gather information regarding their current or potential legal situation. I handle large amounts of paperwork on a daily basis as well as am responsible for filing documents. I schedule hearings, mediations, meetings, depositions, etc. and coordinate them with the attorneys calendars. I help the attorneys prepare for trial by locating witnesses and exhibits, etc. I also keep clients informed on their case by maintaining frequent contact and communicating case progress. I am extensively involved in clients cases from the beginning until it is finalized.
