Provide senior level administrative support to the Earth Systems Predictability & Resiliency Group, supporting one Group Leader, six Team Leads and more than 110 staff.

Co-owner and manager of two properties and four leased spaces.

Serve as Clerk of the Board, support Commissioners, General Manager, Executive & Leadership Teams. Compose Commission Meeting Agenda packets, take meeting minutes and run virtual meeting platforms. Manage Commission election requirements alongside Benton County. Develop and manage budgets, publish public notices for Special Meetings and public hearings through media, maintain internal and external webpages, serve as contract work manager for General Counsel. Manage resolutions, policies, and policy procedure databases, serve as administrator to the district Strategic Plan, draft and publish weekly District newsletter.

Support the General Manager, Commissioners, Executive Administration, Human Resources and Communications Departments. Serve as Clerk to the Retirement Benefits Committee. Act as back-up to the Supervisor of Executive Administration/Clerk of the Board.

Support the HR & Labor Relations Director, Generalists and Benefits Specialist. Participate in negotiations of CBAs, mentor and train temporary HR administrative support staff.

Support the Parks & Public Facilities Director and Recreation Manager. Serve as Clerk to the Parks & Recreation Commission and Richland Arts Commission. Prepare and publish Commission Meeting packets and minutes. Provide public record request responses, manage records and retention.
