• Plan, organize and implement China-wide employee engagement and culture building initiatives, such as Team Rally, Anniversary Celebration, Annual Dinner and Family Day.• Build and maintain effective employee communication channels in Adient China Office, such as Portal Page, Employee Communication Site, newsletter and Yammer.• Lead the promotion and implementation of Adient Employee community service initiatives in China, such as J.P. Morgan Run and environmental friendly activities.• Provide professional communication support and communication consult input for joint ventures about the culture building activities. • Provide support to the Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition promotion with external communications team.

• Lead all the PT recruiting process, including sourcing, interview and staffing analyst on the PT recruiting related activities.• As the internal communicator, taking the leading role to build up the store internal communication strategy according to the commercial calendar, such as sales contests, Annual Dinner, Family Day and co-worker meetings.• As the coordinator for store internal and external learning & development activities, such as new employee orientation.
