Executive in charge of all internal and external communications, media relations, brand management, marketing and advertising, web development, public relations and social media for Salon 124, Genesis by 124 and Keune Academy by 124 serving more than 30,000 external clients throughout the greater Atlanta area.-Develop, implement and evaluate all marketing and communications strategies to grow brands under the 124 Group umbrella, further develop client relations, continuously engage internal clients and drive business.-Prepare and present annual department budget and annual promotional calendar for all brands.-Collaborate with Director of Salons & Cosmetics to coordinate roll outs at each location to ensure an increase in sales of products and/or services.-Work directly with SEO & web development to oversee and evaluate all digital advertising campaigns.-Create and/or approve all imagery used to represent brands to ensure brand consistency.-Continuously adapt and stay abreast of technology advances in the fields of marketing, social media, wed development and advertising staying true to the company's core value of innovation.

Efficiently present multiple brands under the 124 Group to both internal and external clients through various platforms. Manage social media accounts and website content for Salon 124, Genesis by Salon 124, The Process Institute of Cosmetology and Crush by 124. Engage consumers with rich content while provoking conversation-style following through two-way communication. Most importantly, carry out all of said tasks in a manner which supports the brand identity and the story of Salon 124.
