Efficiently present multiple brands under the 124 Group to both internal and external clients through various platforms. Manage social media accounts and website content for Salon 124, Genesis by Salon 124, The Process Institute of Cosmetology and Crush by 124. Engage consumers with rich content while provoking conversation-style following through two-way communication. Most importantly, carry out all of said tasks in a manner which supports the brand identity and the story of Salon 124.

Communicate employer's expectations through leadership and example. Evaluate salon productivity through daily logs. Effectively communicate with clients and proactively diffuse and crisis when necessary. Maintain counts and order retail and professional product for salon.

Cover various events and conduct in-depth interviews while writing relevant, concise articles for weekly women's interest digital publication. Work within deadlines to communicate upcoming fashion trends, before they become trends. Regularly communicate with publicists and public relations professionals to set up meetings and interviews.

WRAS -Conducted primary and secondary research to address the needs of the most powerful student-run radio station in the United States, WRAS.
