With over 16 years of experience in the customer service field, I am passionate about providing excellent service and support to customers and employees alike. As a Customer Service Training and Orientation Manager at GEICO, I lead a team of over 80 customer service representatives, supervisors, and trainers, ensuring that they deliver quality service, meet performance goals, and adhere to company policies and procedures. I also coach and mentor my team members, helping them develop their skills, overcome challenges, and achieve their career aspirations. In addition, I collaborate with other managers and departments to implement and improve customer service processes, systems, and standards, as well as to resolve customer issues and complaints. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, and I have acquired skills in training, team leadership, and coaching throughout my career. I am always eager to learn new things, embrace change, and contribute to the success of the organization.
