Solving problems, building strong partnerships, and providing a catalyst for people to make an impact are what I love. In my opinion and experience the best way to make an impact is without a doubt... through people. Both negative and positive experiences can provide insights into actionable change; and thankfully humans are not shy about providing that feedback. Getting our hands on data is no longer the issue. The issue today is what to do with the mountains of data we do have. How to best disseminate and understand what is being communicated, and then ensuring we do something with that priceless intelligence - that is my jam! I've spent decades listening to people, working to understand, interpret, facilitate, and action the communication and intent hidden in people's words. Now with the help of great tech and even smarter people, it's easier than ever to make EVERY MOMENT MATTER.
