Current• Recruits for Professional Services: all levels of IT, Engineering, Scientific Studies, Mortgage, Project Management & Coordination, Business Analysis, Data Analysis and Data Analysis, Finance & Accounting, Marketing/Sales, Executive Support, HR / Human Resources & Recruiting, Training & Change Management, Customer Service, Legal, Operations/Logistics, etc.• Counsels candidates in overall career readiness, including one-on-one tailoring of resumes.• Responsible for full-cycle recruitment: initial sourcing, screening & candidate presentations, scheduling client interviews, offers & HR paperwork, & first day coordination / post-hire follow-ups. • Engages in creative recruiting processes and networking including Boolean & social media searches to help establish long-term relationships with candidates, keep abreast of industry trends, and uncover passive talent.• Supports a wide variety of industries: Tech, Entertainment/Media, Apparel, Oil & Gas, Consulting/HR, Healthcare, Non-Profits, Legal, Hiring, Insurance, Banking/Finance, Manufacturing, Automotive & Power Sports, 3PLs, Food & Drink, and Education.• Skill Markets exceptional candidates in order to create new opportunities.• Leads outsourced recruiters in sourcing efforts; mentors and coaches team to help develop their skillset.• Coordinates with Hiring Managers and Client Stakeholders to understand their business, culture, and key criteria for individual positions; communicates with clients to work through any potential issues, & keeps them posted on the market. • Utilizes a variety of ATS including PeopleSoft; eRecruit; cBiz; E-verify; Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook); Google Sheets, Docs, Calendars, and Gmail; Adobe Acrobat; GoToMeeting, Skype, Zoom, Teams, Slack, Trello; LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, ZoomInfo, Ladders, & CareerBuilder; Textio; & Sourcebreaker.• Additionally recruits for clerical, administrative, and office / property management roles as needed.
