As a health and wellness enthusiast, I am currently working as a part-time pilates instructor at two different studios, alongside my full-time position as a Registered Nurse - Clinical Informatics Educator at Parkland Hospital. In efforts to broaden my perspective and to fuel my passions, I recently finished studying The Science of Well-Being through a course at Yale University, taught by Laurie Santos. As a passionate leader, I aim to help others on their journey to living a fulfilling and well-rounded life through fitness, nutrition, and well-being. Let's move together!
