As a dedicated Warrior Support Coordinator at Wounded Warrior Project for over two years, I am passionate about serving and supporting the veteran community. My role allows me to engage directly with veterans, providing essential support and fostering a sense of camaraderie and resilience.Currently, I am completing my Master’s degree in Military History, with a focus on the experiences of Japanese Americans who served in the Pacific War during the Second World War. This research is not just an academic pursuit but a tribute to the often-overlooked stories of heroism and sacrifice within our diverse military history.Before joining the Wounded Warrior Project, I accumulated over 20 years of customer service experience, including more than 10 years in the banking/financial industry with a focus on fraud detection. Throughout my career, I have consistently exceeded goals and demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence. My ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional service has been recognized through numerous opportunities to train newcomers in various positions.Driven by a dedication to making a difference, I strive to combine my extensive experience, ongoing education, and deep-seated commitment to support and uplift those who have served our country.
