CurrentPartner with the business and internal stakeholders to build strategic early career programs, intern and rotational programs, that meet the current and future needs of the organizationManage the strategy, resources and delivery of the early career programs to managers and early talent program participantsCollaborate with the business and internal stakeholders on demand planning for early career programs Plan and organize 100+ events for 200+ early career program participants annually, including key events such as: professional development, in-person events, capstone project, networking events, and executive speaker seriesIncrease early career talent in the organization and build university brand through positive program experience, on-campus engagements, and early talent branding both internally and externally Identify process improvements and create solutions to increase effectiveness of various processes within the programSupport hiring practices of US rotational programs, behavioral-based interview techniques, tracking processes for applicants and open positions, recruiting metrics, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
