This is highlighted in my current role with Thomas & Betts (ABB) as I work closely with internal department executives as well as directly with distributor and channel partners to create operational synergy to sustain critical inventory levels and maximize client inventory performance. The collaborative environment has enabled us to achieve inventory turns of 8 since I moved into the role in 2017 while continually maintaining stock levels at an exceptional 98% for our key accounts. No matter the role I take on, I am focused on driving continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence and maximize productivity. In that mode, I am drawn to new technology and innovative processes in an ongoing effort to keep business models current and in step with latest best practices. Previously with Thomas & Betts (ABB), I was at the forefront of guiding the transition to the new SAP system, which enabled me to create new tables that have continued to be instrumental in improving plant metrics and reporting.
