Within my cross-functional role, I am responsible for three business areas; Group DLP Investigations, Group DLP Operations and the Global DLP Programme. I oversee a team of DLP investigation analysts responsible for the preliminary assessment of all potential data breach incidents within Email, Endpoint and Cloud Repositories channels across three international Vodafone Group entities. I am responsible for all escalated data loss investigations and act as security and forensic expert to collect, secure and preserve all evidence related to data loss incidents. My team is responsible for identifying broken business processes and security awareness gaps as well as logging and communicating them across relevant stakeholders. I liaise and provide recommendations to fix organisational processes, initiate policy changes and develop new policies. I act as the single point of contact for all DLP related project activities across all VF Group entities. I oversee the end-to-end management of Vodafone international OpCo’s onboarding to the Global DLP programme. I lead quarterly DLP Authority meetings with a board of directors where I present and report on trends and effectiveness of the program and influence major internal decisions that mitigating against data leakage of sensitive corporate data across Vodafone.

Assisting Local Markets onboard to the Global DLP programme by aligning current processes to global governance standards, incident response training and consulting, tailored implementation of preventative solutions and troubleshooting & escalating technical issues.

Managing and overseeing all enterprise Data Loss Prevention (DLP) programmes, accounts and projects. I proactively monitor all projects progress, resolve issues and initiate corrective actions. I liaise with project managers and the technical delivery team to ensure successful delivery. I also provide supporting operational, strategic and high level technical documentation.
