As the organisation expanded to implement large scale programs my role shifted to implementing digital tools and workflows to enable data management• Design and development of mobile applications for data collection, databases and data flows for use internally and in the field• Development of live dashboards to monitor projects impacting 200,000 women in Indonesia• Implementation of internal tools including G-Suite and Salesforce for 100 staff members• Integration of mobile applications with the organisation’s CRM by developing a custom middleware and API• Internal technical capacity building• Team lead and mentor for a small team of technical staff• Development and maintenance (personally, then as supervisor) of the Drupal website including custom ecommerce setup, multiple languages and over 10,000 content items
