I enjoy assisting others and believe a positive, helpful attitude can improve any situation. I am always seeking ways to implement a cohesive attitude in my environment. I have 9 years of experience in a managerial position where I was able to employ these values. My job consisted of a variety of administrative duties including balancing daily sales, data entry, and using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. Office management requirements of supervising staff and working with customers and vendors. My previous positions have also been in the service industry as a cashier and secretary. I decided to pursue more training because I believe the skills as an administrative assistant are highly beneficial to working in the office environment. Taking initiative and working hard is what I strive for in my day to day life. The satisfaction of a challenge accomplished is exhilarating. Some of these challenges have been completing several 80km bike adventures, climbing mountains both in the summer and the winter, and skydiving.
