    My role is placed within the System Review team, whose primary objective is to provide strategic advice and improvement to the River Murray system to support and optimise day-to-day river operations. I am Project Manager for the Barmah-Millewa Sediment Management project which is assessing the origin, scale and management options of the excess sand identified within the River Murray in order to improve environmental, cultural, social and economic values in the reach. In this role I provide technical advice, coordinate external consultants and engage with a range of stakeholders including joint-venture government agencies, community groups and a diverse network of MDBA teams and resources. In addition, I have supported the development and testing of the joint government Shortfall Response Plan, developed as an emergency response framework for the inability to deliver water entitlements (a shortfall). In particular, I have coordinated two annual interjurisdictional testing exercises for the Shortfall Response Plan.

This concentrated on communication processes and coordination between Basin jurisdictions.
