Organizational Change Management Strategist for Store Development PMO, internal consultant for the implementation of systems projects, process changes, and capital projects supporting global retail initiatives. Engagement included leading and managing change management strategies to developing and implementing strategy components.Established PMO’s change management framework and toolkit resulting in a more efficient change management process for project managers and a consistent experience for business owners and stakeholders.

Managed the internal communications framework, processes and vehicles that delivered strategic, tactical, and cultural content to the Global Store Development team in over 60 countries.

Created and managed the first international communication vehicle to deliver Store Development strategic vision, standards, and tactical information to international markets. Coached project teams on how to communicate, train, and implement business initiatives to cross-functional audiences in international markets.

Facilitated development and definition of the architectural studio’s portfolio management processes including project intake, development and design, release cycle, and feedback loop.

Designed and implemented onboarding and capability training for the Store Development real estate, construction, store design, and facilities professionals during an exponential growth period.
