Effective strategic, data and results-driven government affairs, communication, and operations executive with 25 years of private and public sector experience. Currently, Amber Stidham leads Nevada’s third largest business chamber, its economic development, political and regulatory programs. Under her leadership, Stidham spearheads her team, contract lobby group, as well as the more than 170 business experts who operate through her coalition efforts to advocate on behalf of business at all levels of government. Since 2015, she boosted fundraising by 300%, doubled PAC board engaged, diversity and overall inclusion, and established vision and processes leading to attained and effective policy results to protect Nevada’s business community.Over the years, Stidham's work has been recognized as a "Who's Who" by local business publications and, in 2019, she was honored by the National Association of Women Business Owners' Southern Nevada chapter as a "Woman of Distinction." She currently serves as a CSN Promise Mentor to high school and college students, is the former chair of Nevada’s employer subcommittee for the state 2020 census, has served on numerous nonprofit boards over the years including currently with the Henderson Police Department’s Chief’s Advisory Council.Prior to the chamber, Stidham served as the Government Affairs, Media and Marketing Manager for the RTC of Southern Nevada, where she managed a multi-million marketing/media/public outreach program budget for Southern Nevada’s only public transit system, metropolitan planning organization and infrastructure planning agency. Previously efforts also include managing garnering more than $1 million in earned media coverage over a 12-month ramp-up period to promote the debut of a $500 million non-profit performing arts center, which included national media exposure, production of 30-minute programs on the leading local news channel, red carpet programming and more.
