Using data analytics and strong relationships, we can shift away from reactive PowerPoint information and propel ourselves into finding proactive solutions that let people get the right care, at the right time. I got involved in Account Management after six years in the health insurance industry. Combining my experience and personable approach to sales, I provide tangible results in the form of target membership growth, client retention, and solution outcomes to peers, leaders, and stakeholders. Strong communication and strategic thinking have always been my key attributes. I began honing these skills from when I was a young cheerleader crushing cookie-dough selling goals to competing in public speaking as a teenager. Today, I use my communication skills and business acumen to add value to the overall benefits strategy of Large Employer groups both locally and at the national scale. When I am not looking for new ways to grow accounts and serve clients, you can find me with an extra large cup of coffee reading suspense novels or watching The Office.
