In my role as Account Manager I am responsible for supporting clients in the Oklahoma City area with their software development efforts, both technical and functional, through identifying, attracting and retaining top IT talent in the Oklahoma City marketplace. Additional responsibilities include business development, market analytics, proactive workforce planning, talent retention strategies, technical training, interviewing techniques and concepts, people assessment, and mentoring.

As a senior recruiter for TEKsystems®, I was responsible for building consultant relationships, understanding the local employment market and consulting with technical candidates to help them advance their long-term careers. I specialized in placing technical professionals in new projects with a focus on Project Managers and Business Analysts. I successfully reached the Winner's Circle, which is where the top percentage of our recruiting staff sits, three years in a row.
