I looked at the repeats & retention business of ZestMoney, and managed the revenue, profitability and growth of various Zest products within the portfolio. I drove metrics such as reactivation % of churned customers, loan taken rate (%), credit line utilization, and cross category transactions. ZestMoney is India’s largest and fastest-growing Buy Now, Pay Later platform. We are changing the way credit is delivered in the country, making life more convenient and affordable for millions of people, whilst helping retailers drive better quality growth and margin.
