CurrentProvide superior technical assistance to the Parents for Parents (P4P) program in all 39 counties. My role includes creating program training, community of practice support, and providing opportunities for Parent Allies to professionally develop while ensuring that model fidelity and contractual standards are met.*Provide support and best practice considerations in taking the in-person model virtual during a global pandemic.*Create biannual reports, execute contracts, approve billing, problem-solve financial considerations and manage data reports to pull information for end-of-year outcomes.*Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with experience in mentoring, coaching, and peer support to the team.*Built strong partnerships between sites and demonstrated success in leading statewide teams to achieve program goals.*Improve technical assistance opportunities and CQI by collecting consumer feedback through a technology platform.*Was dedicated in a one-year project with the team to update and refine the P4P Start-up Guide manual using careful attention to detail and managing time constraints for a finished product.
