Connecting the University's most generous donors with meaningful and impactful recognition opportunities and experiences. • I managed the UW's cumulative giving recognition program, which involved collaborating with relationship managers and fundraisers to recognize nearly 300 high-level donors each year. I also coordinated with the planned giving team to honor those who left the UW in their will or represented their loved one's estate.• I developed strategies for recognizing donors who reach new cumulative giving milestones and/or make significant major gifts. These strategies included personalized and handwritten notes, videos from students, and specialized one-off gatherings with the President and/or faculty researchers relevant to their giving.
