Responsible for photographing scheduled studio sessions in studio using power lights and manipulating flash to achieve perfect exposure. Also photographing clients outdoor using natural light and surroundings. In addition to sessions I am responsible for photographing scheduled weddings and having my own equipment. I am in charge of backing up my own files and delivering files to the studio. I meet with clients to discuss wedding photography and also represent the studio at bridal shows and events.

Worked closely with my assigned school district to fill teacher, para-professional, secretarial, and janitorial absences. I maintained weekly reports as well as implemented a new survey program to help meet the needs of my team of substitute teachers. I worked closely with the administration at the schools to ensure substitutes were performing to their expectations and delivering counseling when necessary. Maintained records of any incidents and documented them for future reference. Conducted weekly orientations for new hires and conducted daily interviews for prospective hires.
