Collected annual payments and registrations for community and technical colleges in Washington State. Planned and lead professional development opportunities for CESC members. Helped provide recommendations to the Washington State Student Services Commission (WSSSC) regarding the design, implementation, and evaluation of delivery systems and training modules for career counseling, career exploration, job readiness, career development and student preparation.

Responsible for communication between Administration and Science Department regarding progress, prerogatives, and best practices. Conducted year round observations and feedback with the teachers in the Science Department. Responsible for overseeing implementation of new science standards and curriculum. Managed department budget and assessed data generated by online testing metrics.

Responsible for preparing and delivering lessons that align to Nevada State Standards. Mentored students to create a classroom environment that allowed them to succeed academically as well as become passionate, urgent, and caring for their education and future.

Taught full-time in Title 1 schools in both Los Angeles, CA and Las Vegas, NV. Extensive professional and leadership development through All Corps and other Teach for America trainings. Also served as a Team Transition Leader responsible for welcoming in new corps members and orienting them to life in Las Vegas Valley Region.
