▪ Successfully launch injection molded automotive and commercial programs from tool design through start of production. • Brainstorm with product team to engineer top-quality automotive interior acoustic components and commercial products while developing designs utilizing Catia V5 and Unigraphics/NX.• Provide continuous customer program support with Ford through their World Engineering Release System (WERS) and Vehicle Parts Progress (VPP) system.• Work together with team members to analyze and modify existing designs for continuous improvement and to tackle on-going engineering issues.

• Spear-headed development of the sun-visor for JCI’s concept vehicle, MEGA, which showcased total interior capabilities to potential customers.• Fulfilled five-month rotation as Project Engineer, investigating and correcting problems with various overhead components on the Chrysler LX program.• Developed feasibility studies for the Chrysler Pacifica DVD player and sun visor.
