As a Provider Enrollment Specialist at Zotec Partners I apply my 20+ years of experience in HealthCare and 8+ years of experience in credentialing and provider enrollment to ensure the quality and compliance of our medical staff. I manage the enrollment process for providers, including initial applications, verifications, and revalidations. I also maintain and update the credentialing database and files, and coordinate with various stakeholders, such as insurance companies and regulatory agencies.I started my career in the legal field, graduating with an Associate of Science degree in Legal Office from Gibbs College in 2006. I gained valuable skills in written communication, research, and documentation, which I later transferred to the credentialing field. I joined PayrHealth as a Senior Credentialing Specialist in 2022, where I handled complex and high-volume credentialing cases for various clients, achieving a 100% accuracy and timeliness rate. I also trained and mentored new credentialing specialists, and contributed to the improvement of the credentialing policies and procedures. I am passionate about learning new skills and staying updated on the latest trends and best practices in credentialing and provider enrollment.
