- Make 2 excel based applications (by self) for nationwide stores of daily sales (for all channels) and Impress fund to track and control.- Prior duties to keep look after daily cash collection from nationwide store and check credit/deposit the same collection on real time with the coordination of bank and bank statement.- Reconcile daily/weekly/monthly Detail Sales (channelize) i.e. Cash, Credit (Multiple Banks), Loyalty, Coupons (Cash, Prepay & Postpaid), Online (Food Panda, Eatoye, Web Online & FonePay).- Check irrelevant, unapproved expenses of nationwide store to control the cost of expenses.- Weekly Reimbursement & Disbursements of Nationwide (80 Restaurants) Petty Cash expenses.- Keep watching daily sales to check manipulation, theft & discrepancies; report to restaurant forreasoning.- Reconciliation of detail Weekly/Monthly Revenue MIS and reporting to Head of Department(s).- To arrange fortnightly training/session/refreshers for store Managers with Training Department of Financial to control the costs.

Food Cost------------To Control & Maintain all Restaurant’s Warehouse & Commissary Inventory (Region/Nationwide).• Rotate Analysis of Food Cost, Variance Reports with the basis of Stock Movements to all related Depts. Monthly basis & give targeted dates to finalize if corrections or modification needed.• Organize & Finalize Month/Year End Inventories with the coordination of (External/Internal) Audit Dept.• Rotate Monthly Ledgers & P&Ls to concern/related Depts. after finalize the Month End Inventories/Food Cost/Stock Movements.• Contact & in loop with all related Vendors/Suppliers to maintain Ledgers & DP’s of all Dept.• Open & Generate Recipes of New Launching Promotions/Product in SCM (Supply Chain Management - Inventory/Food Cost Application) with the coordination of QA Dept & Marketing Deptt which works nationwide in all Stores as well as in all Departments.• Check & resolve related issues timely regarding the Inventories/Recipes in SCM (Supply Chain Management - Inventory/Food Cost Application) in Warehouses, Commissary & Restaurants.
